Tuma taught both my kids how to skate beginning at age two. Tuma is an absolutely incredible skate coach! Not only he’s a local Zboy legend and it’s awesome to learn about this part of Venice’s culture. But he’s an just awesome coach with a real gift for connecting with young skaters — he’s patient, motivating, and knows exactly how to push them to grow while keeping it fun. Process
How It Works
Booking your skate lesson is simple. Start by choosing the type of session that fits you best — private, 2-person, or small group — for kids, teens, or adults. Then, select your preferred location: Venice Skatepark, The Cove in Santa Monica, Malibu Skatepark, or even your own driveway for a lesson at home. Book your slot online, choose a time that works for you, and let us know if you need gear — we’ve got boards, helmets, and pads ready.
On the day of your lesson, Tuma will meet you on-site with a plan tailored to your level, goals, and comfort zone. Whether you’re taking your first push or refining your style, each session is designed to move at your pace. And if you’re ready to commit, our 5-lesson packs are the perfect way to build long-term progress.
