By booking a lesson with Tuma Skate Lessons, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. We aim to be fair and transparent with all clients, while maintaining clear boundaries that respect the time and preparation involved in delivering each session.
Refund Policy - the basics

Client Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.

Instructor Cancellations
If a lesson is cancelled by the instructor less than 24 hours before the session, your next lesson is on us — offered at no charge as a courtesy.

No-Shows
If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson and has not cancelled in advance, the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

5-Lesson Packs
Multi-lesson packages are non-refundable once started. However, unused lessons may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
What to include in the Refund Policy
A clear refund policy should explain:
• How and when a client can cancel
• Whether they’ll receive a refund, credit, or nothing
• How you handle no-shows and last-minute changes
• What happens if you (the service provider) cancel
• Special conditions for packages or promotions
