Tuma Skate Lessons and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after a session, whether on-site (Venice Skatepark, The Cove, Malibu Skatepark) or at a private location.

All participants (or their legal guardians, in the case of minors) must confirm that they are in good health and capable of safely participating in physical activity.

Proper protective equipment (helmet, pads, etc.) is strongly recommended and available upon request.

By booking a session, you agree to hold Tuma Skate Lessons and its staff harmless from any claims arising from participation in lessons, including property damage, personal injury, or loss.
