Privacy Policy
A legal disclaimer
Participation in skateboarding lessons involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. By booking a lesson with Tuma Skate Lessons, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own safety or that of your child.
Tuma Skate Lessons and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after a session, whether on-site (Venice Skatepark, The Cove, Malibu Skatepark) or at a private location.
All participants (or their legal guardians, in the case of minors) must confirm that they are in good health and capable of safely participating in physical activity.
Proper protective equipment (helmet, pads, etc.) is strongly recommended and available upon request.
By booking a session, you agree to hold Tuma Skate Lessons and its staff harmless from any claims arising from participation in lessons, including property damage, personal injury, or loss.
Parents/Guardians:
By enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so and understand that the child will be engaging in physical activity under your responsibility.

What to include in the Privacy Policy
At Tuma Skate Lessons, our Privacy Policy is designed to inform visitors and customers about the personal information we collect — such as names, contact details, age (in the case of minors), and booking information — and how we collect it, whether through forms, cookies, or direct communication.
We explain why we collect this data: to manage bookings, ensure participant safety, communicate effectively, and improve our services. We’re transparent about how we store and protect this information, and we only share it with trusted third-party providers (like payment platforms), never for advertising or resale purposes.
Our Privacy Policy also outlines how users can exercise their rights under applicable privacy laws, including requesting access to or deletion of their data. We include specific practices for handling minors’ information, always requiring parental or guardian consent.
This ensures compliance, transparency, and above all — trust.
